Steps Farmhouse, owned and run by Eileen Lemon and Noreen Daniel, is situated off a quiet lane 2 miles from the Saxon town of Bruton, and the same distance from Castle Cary which has a main line railway station (Paddington 90 minutes).

Many places of interest are within driving distance; Bath, Glastonbury, Wells, Sherborne. The beautiful National Trust gardens at Stourhead are only a 20 minute drive away.
